Outcomes: assessment and recommendations so compelling, client elected to keep the capability internal for competitive advantage.
CYBER SECURITY AND RESILIENCE
Large corporate considering increased investment in security to preserve and expand global operations. Assignment: provide insights on internet based security challenges and specifically recommend initiatives in cyber security. Outcomes: presentations made to senior staff/CEO and detailed recommendations provided on specific threat scenarios, technology options (SOC), process improvements and training requirements. Investments undertaken, new business line established and national coordination outlined.
FINANCE AND INDUSTRIALISATION
Innovative European aerospace company developing a unique Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) for a multitude of civilian and humanitarian applications. Assignment: to develop a funding strategy and industrial collaborations to support commercialisation and expansion plans. Outcomes: financing package with EU support identified with multiple launch customers engaged for initial orders and support services with imaginative pricing strategies.
DATA SCIENCE
Major insurance company seeking new ways of improving sales growth and building brand loyalty. Assignment: to be fully defined but will entail pilot project to determine capability of big data analytics and modelling. Follow-on work will include deliverables providing actionable insights for marketing and sales teams, globally. Outcomes: Multiple initiatives ongoing.
